1. Condition of Returned Goods:
- To be eligible for a refund, returned goods/products must be accompanied by the original receipt and remain in good condition.
- The packaging should be in its original, unaltered state, inside the original shipping container.

- We regret that we cannot issue a refund for goods/products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

- GrowingKidz.com.my is not responsible for any loss or damage to your shipment during the return transit process.
4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and confirm the condition of the returned goods/products, we will initiate your refund.
- You can expect to receive your refund within 3 working days after our confirmation.
